The plot

The master found that the maids and him are all exhausted due to the club's successful blooming business. He decided to go for a trip with his maids.

They arrived at a inn and started to enjoy the environment. There the maids get aroused and began to demand sex from their master.

The master was a bit reluctant at first as he wanted to relax, but under the pressure of the group he began to fulfill their desire.

The master and the maids continued having sex in the room. The maids took turns, and they were so engrossed in the act that they even let inn staff accidentally enter their room and witness what was happening.

This went on until nightfall. The maids were all satisfied and exhausted. The master urged them to get up and have dinner, after that, they were going to have another round. 

The maids were somewhat surprised by their master's extraordinary stamina, but were also filled with admiration.

Explaination

Part of the story references the doujin work of NoriGorou (のり伍郎). If you have read his work you would probably notice it. That part of story reflects how lewd the gyarus are and I try to do the same in the scenario. 

Unfortunately due to the limitation of the dialogues I don't think it works well. It is still the biggest challenge when I try to create a harem story as there are just too few maid to maid conversation and so I can only put in some a bit unnatural dialogues. That's also why all these harem stories I made are a bit short, as it is difficult to keep the maids talking to each other.

For the gameplay side, I try to use the concept of orgy party but with the surrounding maids masturbrating. At first I want to make it to have more details, something like two of the maids may get together and start a yuri sex. But then I feel like the logic get overcomplicated and too difficult to handle so I keep it simple. Not a very satisfying one but at least not in a mess.

Note that the surrounding will only be aroused if the master is performing penetration. If the master stops or does nothing after orgasm, their sensual level will decrease.
