Mainly fix bugs reported by users.
- Fix a issue caused by the windows language and regional settings.
- Fix a issue caused by missing audio files due to lack of DLC.
- Remove the fetish requirement from the scenario Immoral Village.
Since there are quite a number of players have no idea where the fetish is gained, the requirement is replaced by "have played Thanksgiving scenario" to make things simple. - Add option to skip the strap-on event in the scenario Lily Blooming Paradise.
If the player is using different modded bodies for the maid, it could cause trouble in the strap-on part as in my code I am assuming that is a vanilla body structure. And so an option is added to skip that part. You will not be able to play the strap-on part of the scenario but at least it could let you to finish the scenario.
